The POPCAKE^TM machine is innovative, new to the world and unique. Its robust design is easy to use, easy to clean and requires minimal maintenance for the end-user.

This unique machine cooks fresh, 97% fat-free piping hot pancakes at the single press of a button. The patented cooking process delivers delicious freshly cooked pancakes without the use of fats or oils, creating healthy and appetizing meal options for all occasions.

Fully enclosed and cool-to-touch, this counter-top machine uses proprietary software and electronics to control the automated cooking process and is fully adjustable for pancake diameter, pancake colour-tone and pancake flavour options.

Capable of cooking 180* plus pancakes per hour, the POPCAKE^TM machine;

1. Is smaller than a standard microwave oven
2. Occupies minimal bench-top counter-space and,
3. Requires only standard single phase power supply to operate.

The POPCAKE^TM machine uses a proprietary dry-mix powder that comes in 780gram HACCP approved bags. The original POPCAKE^TM mix is blended to the POPCAKE^TM proprietary recipe and is packaged locally by our partner foodservice packaging companies worldwide.

Room-temperature tap water is simply added to the dry-mix powder to create the POPCAKE^TM batter. Once ready, the bagged POPCAKE^TM batter is loaded inside the machine, and with the simple push of a button, the first pancake is delivered in less than 50 seconds, with additional pancakes "popping-out" every 15 seconds thereinafter.
